The hotel is very close to the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The recently renovated rooms come with all the necessary facilities and are clean and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast offered is delicious and satisfying.

This B & B is conveniently located, making it easy to access many of the city's key attractions. Guests can easily walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, and a large park which is just a few hundred meters away. the rooms are spacious and cozy, with large closets, comfortable beds, full-length mirrors, and equipped with hair dryers and straighteners. Guest bathrooms are well-equipped with spacious showers and two sinks.

Parking can be a challenge in the busy city, but guests can usually find a spot with a bit of patience.

We stayed over New Year and enjoyed the festive atmosphere created by staff and guests. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby district and main attractions. The breakfast was delicious and included local produce. The hotel's interior was stylish and comfortable.

Our room was not as quiet as expected and we could hear noise from the nearby street. the shared bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The location was perfect, very close to the city center and within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, and local cafes. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms had recently been renovated, which added a nice touch. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with amenities such as a hair dryer and straightener provided in the spacious private bathroom. The room itself was bright, with plenty of space and a huge walk-in closet. this hotel provided all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

Parking was sometimes a bit difficult, but that seems to be a common issue in the area.

The breakfast spread was good, offering a variety of choices and complimentary coffee. the location was convenient, within easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions. An added bonus was the free Wi-Fi on offer, which had great connectivity.

The hotel was not fully equipped with mobility issues, due to the lack of an elevator. the room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around freely.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. It was very close to everything in the city; we didn't have to use transportation. The hotel facilities were new, clean, and with a nice scent. There was also parking, and we could easily park our car in front of the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful, giving us a map upon arrival and marking out the best spots for us. The breakfast in the nice patio with quality products was a great way to start our day.
